- Local Bank Branch Project
Based on our current analysis, the electricity consumption distribution for the bank’s operations is approximately: 60% for air conditioning, 20% for lighting, and 20% for electrical equipment. To achieve future energy-saving targets, we are not only encouraging the client to choose energy-efficient electrical equipment, but also planning to integrate natural daylight with artificial lighting, which could reduce electricity consumption by up to 15% in each category. Furthermore, through Passive House design strategies applied to the HVAC system, we expect to achieve an overall energy savings of approximately 57%, with contributions from:
-
Insulation: 50%
-
Windows: 25%
-
Heat recovery ventilation: 15%
-
Airtightness: 5%
-
Thermal bridges: 5%
This integrated approach ensures both energy efficiency and occupant comfort.
