The Thailand National Petroleum Company is moving toward nearly Zero-Energy Building (nZEB) standards. In response to the growing focus on energy efficiency and carbon reduction, BWK collaborated with a well-known local architectural firm to transform the company’s office management building into a Low Energy Building. Located near the coast with minimal shading, the site posed unique challenges. Using simulation technologies, window areas were carefully optimized and combined with shading design, creating a building that is both highly energy-efficient and reflective of the local architectural aesthetic.
