Project
Bangkok Energy-Efficient Residence, Thailand (Certified)

This project was carried out by the BWK Green Architecture team, responsible for architectural design, Passive House energy performance calculations, and the Passive House certification process. The project received official recognition from the Passive House Institute (PHI) and serves as a real-world case study for understanding the energy-saving performance of Passive House buildings in tropical climates. The results are expected to support Thai real estate developers in the future development of large-scale Passive House communities. Relevant energy-efficiency technical data have been published in the Passive House Institute Database.
